Have hotmail accounts stopped downloading in outlook express for anyone else? My error is a server and issue, but seems like a faze out by ms. Any reinstall of Xp creates the server issue in hotmail accounts only… gmail accounts continue to work fine. It's gotta be happening to other people… right?

Just bought a brand new laptop with Win10. I'm gonna rollback to Win7 and install Outlook Express again. I did this on my last Toshiba 6 years ago. I still have the files on CD. Great video. Thanks.
